The need for every business to have a lawyer cannot be over emphasized. Whether a business is acquiring properties, going into contract/ agreements, need to comply with regulatory requirements or litigate a matter, a lawyer is definetly needed. This is because the knowlege of a lawyer is needed in virtually all facets of human endeavours.

1. Drafting and Review of Agreements- Irrespective of its size, businesses go into different kinds of agreements in the course of its business operations. In the purchase or disposal of landed properties, a lawyer is needed to do the necessary searches, prepare legal documents and follow through with all the necessary procedures required.
